These four spacious, cosy and contemporary cottages have been extensively furnished to accommodate all your needs.
The cottages offer luxury self-catering accommodation for four to six people.
The larger cottages benefit from outside decking areas from which to enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

There is extensive car parking facilities on site and pets are allowed on request.
The properties are fully double glazed and gas centrally heated. For the non anglers our holiday cottages provide an ideal based for touring the many attractions along the North Wales coast.

These newly built cottages benefit from spectacular panoramic sea views across the Menai Straits and Angelsey. They are situated on a private estate, access being along a half mile private tarmac drive.
These beautiful holiday cottages are purpose built and stand within an acre of private garden, they are the perfect rural retreat

DIRECTIONS:  From the direction down the A55 (towards Bangor).  Go through the Penmaenbach tunnel, till you come to a roundabout turn left signposted PENMAENMAWR follow the road into the centre of the village, immediately after the pedestrian traffic lights turn left up a hill following the road past a car park on the right hand side.  Take the second right hand turn into MERTON PARK.  Follow a very steep road until you reach the top, at the give way sign – turn right.  The private drive of GRAIGLWYD SPRINGS can be found approximately 50 yards on the left hand side.  There is a large sign at the foot of the drive. The drive runs for approximately half a mile and at the top is a car park with a cabin – please call for the cottage keys here.  back to top

Glyn Uchaf

Glyn Uchaf itself offers 3 star bed & breakfast accommodation with en-suite facilities. The house is over 200 years old and was originally built as a water powered grain mill. 'Glyn Uchaf' is 'Valley Top' in English. Glyn Uchaf is a most unique place to stay. Three guest rooms are available: one family; one double and one twin.

All the rooms are individually designed with comfort in mind and the bedrooms all have en-suite facilities. There is a visitor’s lounge with wide screen television and video there is a small library of videos for your use, Sky satellite is also available.

The Stable Cottages

Alltwen and Tal-y-Fan both offer 5 star self-catering holidays. Newly developed and well-appointed, these cottages can accommodate up to four people comfortably. They were newly built in 2005 to the very highest standard with 5 Star WTB accreditation; the land also boasts a newly constructed nature reserve with a small lake with all its interesting wildlife and our own friendly ducks. Each cottage has all amenities in order to make your visit a memorable one, they are well-behaved pet friendly, and there are facilities for horses by arrangement.

Tal-y-Fan Cottage offers 5 Star self catering holiday accommodation. It is for those romantics and has a very large double bedroom and a bed settee in the very large lounge / kitchen when needed, there is a large individual patio through the stable doors, there is also a secure locked area for both properties where bikes etc can be stored, again parking for 2 cars.

Alltwen Cottage offers 5 Star self-catering holiday accommodation. It sleeps up to 5 persons with a very large double and a large twin room with an intimate kitchen and lounge from which you can walk out onto your own patio with lovely rustic furniture, there is parking for up to two cars

Glyn Uchaf and Stable Cottages nestles within an extensive country garden and lake, with nature thriving in abundance everywhere. With elevated panoramic views of the sea and mountains, and with the most beautiful of sunsets in summertime, The grounds extend over ten acres and now include a lake, much enjoyed by our ducks.  

They are located nearby the sleepy village of Dwygyfylchi, just outside Penmaenmawr, Conwy, with spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Off-road parking is provided, and the A55 is within easy reach. They could provide an ideal base for exploring Snowdonia and North Wales, with local amenities within a short drive
